Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer
I’m a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with a focus on Customer Engagement solutions, working in the CRM domain since 2014. Over the years, I’ve been involved in a wide range of implementations—both online and on-premise—contributing as a developer, technical lead, architect, consultant, and support specialist. My core strength lies in C#/.NET development, particularly in building custom plugins, workflows, and APIs within Dynamics 365. I also work confidently with system customizations, Azure-based integrations such as Service Bus and Azure Functions, and Power Automate flows. While reporting is not my primary focus, I have some experience with SSRS and Power BI for basic report creation.
