Over the past several years, I’ve worked exclusively with Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on building and scaling solutions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules. My experience spans the entire application lifecycle—from engaging with business leaders to gather detailed requirements, to designing system architecture, developing custom extensions with C# and JavaScript, and integrating third-party services via REST APIs and EDI. I’ve also built middleware services using Node.js to support real-time and asynchronous data flows. In every engagement, my focus has been on delivering resilient, scalable systems that align with business needs. My work often includes developing Power Apps and flows with Power Automate, building insights with Power BI, and leveraging Power Virtual Agents for automated support. I also maintain Microsoft 365 environments under indirect CSP agreements, ensuring secure and compliant deployment of Dynamics solutions.
